This mason bee home has all the features mason bees want;94 replaceable fiberboard nesting tubes 6 ” in length – 5/16″ diameter. Cedar and screw construction protects the waterproof container that holds the tubes. It is recommended these are mounted facing east to catch morning sun. Mason bees are a gentle, native bee and a prolific early season pollinator of many fruit bearing plants plants. It is generally recommended that the tubes are replaced after mason bees have emerged from their nests in the spring.
