Music of the Spheres Wind Chimes

Music of the Spheres makes enchanting chimes that play soothing melodies for years to come with little or no care, rain or shine. Their old world craftsmanship blends with the latest in technology, harmonizing art and science to uplift the spirit and delight the senses. Music of the Spheres takes pride in their quality of work and aspire to make wind chimes by which all others are measured.

All of their chimes are made with corrosion protected tempered aluminum tubing custom-manufactured to exact specifications. They will not rust or corrode or lose their precision tuning. Rings are stainless steel. They also feature high density polythylene or hardwood clappers designed to last last indefinitely outdoors, withstanding sunlight, rain, and mildew. Tough synthetic cord that is highly resistant to abrasion and decay is used to suspend the chimes. To minimize cord wear, the tubes are centrally suspended and their ends are finely polished. The chimes are well-built and durable as much as they are comforting and enchanting to listen too.

Our chimes comes in three sizes (Alto, Tenor, and Bass) and two styles (Japanese and Mongolian – read below). Note: we only sell the Bass size in the Mongolian style.

The distinctive tones of the Japanese scale are at once deeply soothing and provocative. Its drama complements the more light-hearted Chinese and Balinese. The Mongolian scale, a livelier version of the Chinese, is reminiscent of church and temple bells. The major pentatonic scale in root position in the key of A, it harmonizes nicely with the Aquarian. Genghis Khan conquered an empire unmatched in size, yet never heard chimes as lovely as these.
