Blow up the balloon and watch your boat jet across the water! Place the uninflated balloon over the end of the “smoke stack.” Inflate the balloon by blowing in t o the “tailpipe” that is locate at the bottom end of the boat. Once the balloon is inflated, close off “tailpipe” with finger and place the boat in the water. Carefully release finger and let your boat go. Watch it jet across the bathtub or cruise in open water.
