The Northwest Nature Shop is a family business located in the same historic home in beautiful Ashland Oregon where the shop was originally  opened in 1985 by Mike and Kathy Uhtoff.  We’ve created a shop to encourage people to turn their backyards into sanctuaries for wildlife, to provide educational projects for parents to do with their children and nature guide books to learn about the world around us. Through the years we have watched our customers’ families grow and change just as ours has and it makes us appreciate our customers and being a part of a community that supports our mission and our sustainable business that allows us to have 3 generations work alongside each other.
